Great location- safe friendly expat tourist town, famous for the filming of the most HGTV episodes. The location is perfect with 5 walkable beach accesses, shopping, and over 45 excellent dining options; both on and off the beach. Other walkable amenities include bakeries, a scuba dive shop, tennis courts, ATM's, cash exchange places, spas, plus car, 4-wheeler, and scooter rentals. Everything you need is within a 4-15 walk from this condo.
DOWNTOWN PUNTA CANA (actually located in Bavaro), is a modern shopping and dining area. Located only a 12-minute drive away. Here you'll find the malls and Supermarkets with an abundance of more dining options, with popular fast-food chains like Burger King, Pizza Hut, Domino's, Taco Bell, KFC. Plus the Hard Rock Punta Cana, Dinner in the Sky, the famous Coco Bongo Night Club, a wake-board and children’s inflatable activity center, a large sports center, and Fitness Center (gym), salons, banks, and many specialty and boutique shopping stores.
PUNTA CANA VILLAGE AND THE AIRPORT: Only a 20-minute drive to the Punta Cana Village and Resort, and approximately 22-minute drive to the Punta Cana International Airport (depends on traffic).
PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION: Should you want to venture to other beaches, malls, many more dining options, there are 4 easy options: UBER (very affordable), POPPI EXPRESS SHUTTLES, TAXI's, OR THE PUBLIC BUS TRANSPORTATION. Buses are available (for only $1.00 p/p one way) and pick up is accessible just about anywhere with 20- 25-minute rotations. The Public buses are very safe and used often by tourist and expats, as well as our friendly Dominican locals.

We loved the condo, the newer furniture style fit for the tropics, and the beautiful grounds. It was very clean and the grounds and pool were cleaned and swept every day. The outdoor area was like an oasis. We felt very secure with the friendly guard who would take care of any problems. We also had a quick response from Gregory when we were missing a set of sheets-he went and bought new ones. The only complaint is the beds were extremely hard. I think people need to be aware that you need to buy everything-salt, pepper, dish soap, etc.

I have equipped all beds with additional foam toppers from Ikea for added softness and comfort. I have been told by recent guest that the beds are now very comfortable. Just like at home. Thank you.
