Location is perfect with 5 nearby beach-bar-restaurant accesses all within an 8-15 minute walk from the condo. 2 commercial centers collectively offer a well stocked grocery store, numerous restaurants, fruit stands, sports bars, bakeries, pharmacies, & many more shops. Other plazas nearby collectively offer even more dining options, spas, casinos, cash exchange, ATM, & car/ scooter/ and ATV rentals, etc. All within our fun and safe beach-towns.
Only a 6 minute drive to Coctal Championship Golf Course and a 15 minute drive to Downtown Punta Cana. Here you'll find 2 large supermarkets, several brand name stores, a Pizza Hut, IMAX theatre, KFC, Burger King, Hard Rock Punta Cana, Taco Bell and many more dining options and activities. Easy public bus, transportation, Poppi shuttles, or UBER's provided everywhere. There are 12 championship golf courses just a 6-45 minute drive away.

Please note in an effort to conserve energy, as with most vacation rentals in Punta Cana, electricity is charged separately based on your consumption during your stay. The average cost will normally vary between US$2 and US$8 per day, but could fall outside this range, depending on your usage and can be self monitored daily. The electricity meter will be read at check-in and check-out and will be charged separately. You can pay in cash at check out or deducted from the security deposit

The property/condo was just as beautiful as the pictures. The layout of the condo was perfect for our trip, with the master bedroom upstairs and the two additional rooms on the main level. The bathrooms were beautifully designed and the balcony space is perfect for vacationing. The secured entrance and around-the-clock guards made us feel "safe at home". We were able to walk to several markets and restaurants, and taxi services weren't hard to come by for the longer distance trips. The prices for the taxi services seemed a bit higher than what I gained from prior research, but all were very helpful and timely. The food was DELICIOUS!! We were able to walk to the beach where we had a wonderful time!!! We did run into a few small issues at the property that were immediately addressed. Todd and his team (Gregory) were responsive, helpful, and addressed all of our concerns. We were upset that the pool wasn't operable during our stay, but got our swim time in at the beach. Recommendation: Learn the conversion ratio of pesos to US dollars before you visit! We would definitely consider staying here again for our next trip.....because we are definitely going back!q
We spent six days here on our first trip to DR, with our three boys ages 20, 15 and 11, and our oldest's girlfriend. We had plenty of room to spread out, the accomodations were spotlessly clean, and we felt very comfortable in this condo. The kitchen was spacious and had all the appliances we needed. The rooms were plenty big, and there are SOOO many outside spaces! If I could make suggestions on how to improve, and really these suggestions don't take away from our overall impression- but it would be WONDERFUL to have seating or lounge chairs or something on the master bedroom patio. Hammocks would be perfect. The double shower in the master bath really didn't work well--- only one at a time, and it was work to get warm water. On Tuesdays, the compound sprays for mosquitos, and it drives them upwards. Had I known this, I would've closed the screens and used the A/C. Instead we woke up in the middle of the night with LITERALLY a dozen bites on each of our arms and legs. Yikes. The kitchen would be so much better if there was at least salt and pepper. Knowing there isn't any, BRING SOME ALONG. Just pack your own. Because they have utensils and pots/pans, but NO food. None. They should also have an ice maker, but using the trays isn't too tough. The water dispenser was needing a new jug halfway through our stay, and we had no idea what to do, or what it cost to replace. That type of info should be in the sheets provided for the condo. All in all, a place we would come back to and stay at again!
Costa Hermosa is a wonderful quiet little resort and Unit E301 is a perfect place to have a nice family vacation. After several All Inclusive vacations this trip was so different. We became a part of the Dominican. It was safe and well laid out. We walked everywhere to stores, beach, restaurants. We were cautious and did not leave the resort after dark. We were a family of four adults and a two year old baby. The unit was spacious, four patios, well equipped and the Management Company were helpful and accurate. You could go anywhere in the area for a flat rate cab of 10.00 and there are plenty of cabs everywhere especially to the Brand Name Shopping Plaza, Palma Real. Everything there. But better grocery shopping at the Jumbo a little ways away. Grocery shopping was always fun. Prices are a little better than home in Canada on everything. Same thing for eating out. Little store two doors away has everything. People are wonderful. Beach 7 minute walk. Would we return? Absolutely. Reliable Realty you are reliable. Thank You for everything.
My husband and I rented this condo for the month of February. From the moment you walk through the lobby you know you are someplace special. the pool area and its chaise islands are beautiful. An elevator will take you to the third floor. The apartment is spectacular and as described. The kitchen is well equipped with everything needed to make a simple meal or a feast. Each bedroom is tastefully decorated each with its own flat screen TV and ensuite bathroom complete with an ample supply of linens. The second level consists of a hugh bedroom; dressing area and double shower. This apartment was immaculate and we were not at all disappointed with it. Our son and his family visited for a week and we did not feel crowded.
The pool and grounds are immaculate and well maintained. Manuel, at the front desk, was friendly and more than helpful despite the language barrier. We do not speak Spanish.
