The private beach area offers free chaise lounge chairs and natural palapa top umbrellas for owners and their guests. This private beach area is perfectly sandwiched between 2 of the Soles and the Villa Blanca beachside restaurants where food and drinks frome either of these restuarants can be brought to you.
Grunwald I is a quiet and relaxing Mediterranean designed community. It is a fully gated condo community consisting of only 13, one, and two-bedroom condos. Grunwald I boasts its lush, tropical grounds (landscaping), a generous sized swimming pool, chaise lounge chairs, and a shaded gazebo area for reading, lounging and eating.
This quaint tropical paradise, and a favored vacation rental destination due to its tranquility, and its 3-minute walk to the wide beach area. Only a 1-to-5-minute walk to mini-markets, several more top notch restaurants both on and off the beach, a varienty of beach-town activities by day and night, with many other service amenities you'll need for a fun, relaxing and comfortable vacation.
There is a private parking area with an electric gate, and 24/7 onsite security. It is very safe in our entire beach-town areas.
**Please note in an effort to conserve energy, as with most vacation rentals in Punta Cana, electricity is charged separately based on your consumption during your stay. The average cost will normally vary between U.S. $2.00 - U.S. $5.00 per day, but could fall outside this range depending on your usage. Consumption can be self monitored daily. The electricity meter will be read at check-in and check-out and will be charged separately. Paid in cash upon your departure, or deducted from your deposit
