Also offers a pull out sleeper sofa for 1 additional adult or 2 children.
 A sizable bathroom and a laundry-storage area with a new washing machine and 2 A/C's. A very nice and well-equipped kitchen with a combo white quartz island/ snack bar.  The kitchen is open to the living room on one side, and the screened-in patio/ eating area on the other side.  Just a few steps to the community pool and gazebo.

Downtown Punta Cana additionally offers the expanded IKEA, Pizza Hut, Dominos, Burger King, Hard Rock Café, Dinner in the Sky, Coco Bongo Night Club, plus a large Fitness Center (gym), a newer wake-board activity center, with several more restaurants and shopping amenities.

PUNTA CANA VILLAGE AND THE AIRPORT: Only a 19-22-minute drive to the Punta Cana Village and Resort, and approximately 25-minute drive to the Punta Cana International Airport (depends on traffic).
