The Cana Bay residential communities have one of the most beautiful private beach clubs in the entire Caribbean. Featured several times on the HGTV “Caribbean Life” show. The beach club offers exclusive use for the condo owners, guests and visitors.
This European designed 2 BR /2 Bath condo is a short walk or easy shuttle drive to numerous amenities within this gated luxurious community. Private Beach Club, Golf, and Golf Club House, tennis, paddle ball courts, small mini market, a pizzeria, plus the Hard Rock Hotel Resort and Casino - boasting concert and a Spa and Wellness Center.
Each guest must be pre-registered at the Cana Bay administrative office located at the entrance of the Cana Bay Beach Club. A registration fee must be made prior to entering the Beach Club facilities. The Cana Bay office is open Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM. Once registered guests will be provided a bracelet allowing them to access the Cana Bay beach club, golf course and clubhouse, and the racquet & tennis courts.
Vacation rental guest fees for access to Cana Bay Club Amenities vary. The cost is applied to food or beverages purchased at the beach club restaurant. This cost cover the use of the pool, lounge, chairs, bathrooms, and other tropical common areas.
Cana Pearl now has a restaurant and convenience store on-site. It’s called Ventana’s and it offers a decent menu, hours, rooftop patio, indoor/outdoor seating, pool table and bar
Hard Rock Hotel ALL-INCLUSIVE half day or full day passes are also available at the Hard Rock hotel desk
The Hard Rock restaurants and resort is reserved for their guests; however day passes are available to access any of the Hard Rock All-Inclusive restaurants, bars, and an array of pools. Passes are subject to availability and changes, please verify with the Hard Rock Hotel front desk
Other things to Note:
IMPORTANT- Guests are responsible for the cost of their electric consumption. The typical cost ranges from $2 - $10 per day. The total cost will be charged at check-out.”

Reviews
Owner was very responsive to needs. Condo is in a safe area and offers 24 hour security service. Building is pretty well maintained. Pool furniture and sitting area needs an upgrade. Walk to mini market and beach area is very doable. Condo itself is roomy for 2 people. Internet service was spotty. Kitchen amenities were dated but functional.
