 Cocotal has built a name for itself, due to its gorgeous 27-hole golf course with mature and vibrant tropical landscaping at every turn.  Before and after the tee times, owners, and rental guests, enjoy walking, running, bicycling, segways, skateboards, rollerblading, and of course, walking their dogs.  It is considered one of the best residential golf course communities in the entire Dominican Republic.  A well gated- card access residential community, where "suburban and golf" life meets the Caribbean.  Minimal traffic, as the only commercial areas are in one area, and consist solely of a bakery, and nice mini market.  The restaurant is located within the large and relaxing Club house

The Las Quintas (Hoyo 8) condo community is nicely situated between the front entry gate, closer to the owner’s private beach club within the Melia Resort area; or a close drive to the back entrance/ exit for easy-on/ off to the main highway.

Cocotal Championship golf course and residences are across the street from the new KATMANDU  Water and Theme Park (by Disney)!  And the Melia and Paradisus All Inclusive Resort and the Cocotal private beach-club.  

Only a 8-minute drive to the newer Downtown Punta Cana area, where you’ll find the San Juan Mall (with Super Pola, a large grocery store), along with an array of other shops.  Downtown Punta Cana additionally offers; IKEA, Pizza Hut, Dominos, Subway, Burger King, Jumbo Super Market, Coco Bongo Night Club, a wake-board activity center, a large Fitness Center (gym), several more restaurants and shopping, and so much more!  

Only a 15-minute drive to the Punta Cana Village and Resort, and a 17-minute drive to the Punta Cana International Airport.
