Beach access to the Cocotal Beach club must be personally secured at the clubhouse.  We cannot assist with this.  A postcard perfect residential golf community, featured in several HGTV shows.

This condo was recently fully updated, and freshly furnished and decorated, including new appliances.  Granite counter topped kitchen, flat screen televisions. This enclosed patio can be used as an extension to the living room as well.  Patio access from the living room and the master Bedroom.  For a flowing floorplan.  Open all the sliders and windows for the best golf course breezes and views.  

Cocotal is a favorite residential community build within a championship golf course where nearly all condos or villas have golf course views of the pristine green 27-hole course.  Numerous amenities are within this quiet and well maintained golf course community, including a mini market, a bakery, a large clubhouse, with a restaurant, a huge community resort-like pool with a swim up bar plenty of lounge chairs, and even shaded canopy beach beds, Tennis and paddleball courts, soccer field, a children's playground,  Additionally, owners and their guests enjoy a private beach-club access (between the Melia and Paradisus resorts), and are offered discounted passes, day or night, at either of these 5 star Resorts!  . 

The Las Quintas (Hoyo 8) condo community is nicely situated between the front entry gate, closer to the owner’s private beach club within the Melia Resort area; or a close drive to the back entrance/ exit for easy-on/ off to the main highway.

Cocotal Championship golf course and residences are across the street from the new KATMANDU  Water and Theme Park (by Disney)!  And the Melia and Paradisus All Inclusive Resort and the Cocotal private beach-club.  

Only a 8-minute drive to the newer Downtown Punta Cana area, where you’ll find the San Juan Mall (with Super Pola, a large grocery store), along with an array of other shops.  Downtown Punta Cana additionally offers; IKEA, Pizza Hut, Dominos, Subway, Burger King, Jumbo Super Market, Coco Bongo Night Club, a wake-board activity center, a large Fitness Center (gym), several more restaurants and shopping, and so much more!  

Only a 15-minute drive to the Punta Cana Village and Resort, and a 17-minute drive to the Punta Cana International Airport.

    How do I begin, well let's start with location location location. This place is a secure beach front condo complex. On the beach yet within the very heart of the Cortecito community. Within walking distance, measured in minutes, of a gym, two bakeries, several bar/pubs, and numerous places to eat and several shopping locations. The bus route runs along the main road and in minutes you can be at either of the two upscale malls, each with banking and large grocery stores. The Reliable office is a few hundred meters down the road over top a German restaurant. We have rented this place for a few years now and we happened to be watching Caribbean life a few weeks back when voila there was "our" maria Williams showing our favourite condo to prospective buyers. It was so surreal to see "our" condo being shown on an international show and it brought back so many memories. We are booked in again for Feb and March of 2016. We keep coming back because we are so happy with all the services and the warmth of Todd and Maria and the entire Reliable team. A special shout out to Gregory who can solve any problem and to Susie who can book any tour or activity you could imagine. We have been renting from Todd and Maria for years and the word "Reliable" in Reliable Realty is not just a buzzword. These folks are the most professional and skilled property realtors/managers on the Island. Their word is their bond, they make it right or they try again until it is. Dave and Beth Hale
