The property has 2 private bedrooms with comfortable queen beds, high end bedding, and two bathrooms (one on-suite). The living area is comfortable with Smart TV and Netflix access included. You can eat at the dining table in the fully fitted kitchen or enjoy a meal on the patio outside.

The apartment is a 15-second walk to the perfect white sand of Los Corales beach in Punta Cana. You can enjoy the beach views from the living area, kitchen and patio. The beach has reserved palapa umbrellas and sun loungers for guests. The apartment is so close to the beach that you can pop back to the apartment and make a sandwich to bring back to the beach with you for lunch! Or brew a cup of coffee and take a stroll down to the beach to watch the sunrise with your tea/coffee.
 
The apartment is located in a community called Los Corales Residencial. There is a mix of condos, resorts, and private homes with a lot of bars, restaurants, shops and tourist amenities within short walking distance. Our long white sand beach has several public access points making it popular for vacation rentals and locals.  There is a small hotel on the grounds too, as well as a spa that offers massages on the beach, and a pool which you can use if you are visiting the attached restaurant (opening times are not consistent so go over and check if you want to use a pool). 

The apartment has free and fast wifi, and indoor and outdoor dining tables which you can set up to work if you need to. There is a Smart TV with included Netflix and you can log in to your own streaming services if you prefer. 

Cable TV: We do not have local television/cable TV.

Drinking water: We do not recommend drinking or brushing teeth with the tap water. We will provide fresh water for your arrival and you can purchase more at the mini market a 3 minute walk away (open 7:30am-12am every day)

Parking: We do not have a dedicated parking space, guests can park in the public parking lot or on the street (about 4 minutes walk from the villa). Taxis/Ubers can drop guests off on the street a few steps from the villa but they are not allowed to park there.

Please note in an effort to conserve energy, as with most vacation rentals in Punta Cana, electricity is charged separately based on your consumption during your stay.  The average cost will normally vary between US$5 and US$8 per day, but could fall outside this range, depending on your usage and can be self monitored daily. The electricity meter will be read at check-in and check-out and can be paid in cash will be deducted from your security deposit
