Beach Garden I Residences is a friendly Tourist- and Eco-friendly Residential Condo Community consisting of 32 units.  Perfectly located approx. 50 meters, or a 1-minute walk to the beach. 

This condo is approximately 1000 sq. ft. (92 m2), situated on the 3rd floor, has a nice sized balcony with a center position for perfect views of the beautiful pool and grounds.  Elevators in each building, with, a generous sized covered BBQ / eating area.  The swimming pool offers built-in pool loungers and plenty of pool side loungers as well.

The contemporary style condo has an open floorplan design with a spacious living room, dining area, full kitchen with a 2-person breakfast bar. Both bedrooms are decent in size, sized with Queen sized beds The Master Bedroom boasts a private ensuite bathroom.  The 2nd full bathroom is directly across the 2nd bedroom.

The electricity meter will be read at check-in and again at your check-out and can be paid in cash or deducted from the security deposit
