    We checked in for 3 months stay Jan-March 2017, and at first we had a few issues with the condo, but Reliable Reality took care of small items that we needed immediately. We were fortunate enough to meet the owner a few times, and had asked for a new toaster over, new screen door and in casual conversation mentioned a new TV would be appreciated we had all of our request handled within days. Many thank's to Reliable Realty team and the owner John.

    The condo was pretty much as expected, close proximity to beach and local shopping stores. Nice king size bed, great view from patio and lots of great people in the complex. We walk, or take the local buses almost everywhere and when walking the area this condo seems to be the most secure looking, and has one of the best courtyards in the area.

    The onsite management team and the our 2 security staff are just great and always there to assist. We are one month into our 3 month stay and feel very comfortable and secure in this location.

    Highly recommend this condo.

    I really enjoyed my time in the DR at this apartment. I had previously stayed in all-inclusives because that was all I knew. Staying away from the resorts made for an entirely different/better experience for me. I was able to spend more time getting to know the area and the people. I ate really great food at La Posada de Gladys which is a 7 minute walk, had great Mofongo in a restaurant at the plaza by the Mangu Disco. There was a nice fruit stand at the end of our street where you can also by anything from toilet papper to rum.

    Each day we went to the beach through El Pulpo Cojo, no pressure from them to buy anything, but we did and although pricier than the local fare, it was pretty good. The beach there is beautiful and there was shade to be found when the sun got too hot. Next door to Pulpo is the Vista Lounge, great to hang out and sip a couple beers or a mojito and watch the huge variety of vacationers in their bathing suit fashion show!

    The apartment was exactly as advertised, clean and well equipt. I would definitely recommend this as a great way to experience the area. You don't need a car, because all you really need is within a 15 minute walk, and driving in the DR is crazy. Besides, there are always motortaxis around for the brave of heart.

    The property managers were great and really friendly. They had some useful insights about the area and helped me get my bearings. I will certainly contact them again on my next visit, and it will be soon!
