MEET THE OWNERS TODD & MARIA (Owners)
Todd and Maria have traveled all over various parts of the U.S., the Caribbean, South and Central America, yet consistently found themselves navigating back to the Dominican Republic, specifically, the East Coast of Punta Cana and Bavaro areas, known for their beautiful white sandy beaches, low crime, affordable real estate, and beautiful vacation rental properties by the beach; with a friendly mix of people, living and vacationing here, from all over the world. In mid-2008, Todd and Maria decided to make Punta Cana their primary home for assisting others in achieving successful Real Estate investment goals.WHY Punta Cana?
When making a commitment to pursue the Sales of Real Estate and Property Management venues in the Dominican Republic, many of our friends and family said, “you are both so brave” … but, why not live on a Tropical Island offering so much beauty, affordability, safety, freedom, and opportunity?
Experience/ Credentials: Todd's has years of extensive experience in the operations of Property Management, Online vacation rental booking services, and full bookkeeping.
Maria's possesses over 20 years experience in the Real Estate industry and Project Management, (upgrades, new construction readiness, furnishings/ decor, as well as coordination of property renovations; both in the U.S. and the Dominican Republic.
Much of our Success can be credited to our valuable and friendly staff, our numerous referrals, ongoing testimonials, and much by “word of mouth”, Our customer satisfaction is additionally validated by our exposure in several print, radio, television and other digital promotional mediums; including 6 episodes on HGTV Caribbean Life. REAL PEOPLE WITH ONSITE TO ASSISTANCE- We offer more than just clean, well accessorized, and comfortable accommodations, on or near the beach. We offer ON-SITE ASSISTANCE! Not a key box with remote property management from another Country. Additionally, our office is conveniently located in Plaza Artistica (2nd floor), on Ave. Alemania, the main touristic beach-town street. Perfectly situated within a short walk from the majority of the properties we manage.
Our friendly office staff is on-site from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM Monday - Friday, and until 1:30 PM on Saturday, Or by appointment. We can assist with any questions you may have; assuring your vacation is optimized.

Services for Rental Clients and Owners:
- Airport transfer services and greet our tenants at the airport with a sign. The designated Drivers know where the properties are and can assist with bringing excessive luggage into the property (if desired).
- Grocery stop - With pre-arrangement request. The taxi Driver can stop at a grocery store on the way to your selected vacation rental property, or shortly after your check-in, by appointment
- Clean and well-equipped properties
- 24/7 on-call tenant assistance and emergency services
- Convenient office, a short walk to most of the rental properties we manage
- Personal check-in and check-out services with valuable information about the specific property you are renting
- Valuable advice, tips and helpful ammenty information to the closest restaurants, beach accesses, and other needed services
- Coordinate and book full day tours and excursions for our owners and their rental guests. We only work with licensed, insured, and reputable tour operators. Excursions can be booked either prior to your trip, or anytime during your stay. See our “ATTRACTIONS” PAGE for more details.
- Other (fee-based) services include; Additional cleaning, transportation, laundering services, free office internet / printing use, babysitting, cooking, and even translation services.
Our Niche Market tends to be… "Active North American baby boomers and Millennials. Primarily professionals and business owners who have worked hard and saved well". Many have traveled to various countries abroad and acclimate well to new cultures. Most have discovered, firsthand, the benefits of renting and owning property in the Punta Cana/ Bavaro beach-town areas.
Many of our owner clients leverage their homes as vacation rentals in the interim before retirement, and are able to capitalize on decent ROI's now, yet enjoy these properties whenever they want. We maintain close relationships with our owner clients as well as our repeat vacationers. Several owners have been in our Property Management since 2008. Our full-service agency h andles all property and bookkeeping aspects on behalf of all our appreciative owner client's.
