MEET OWNERS TODD & MARIA WILLIAMS (Owners) Todd and Maria have traveled all over various parts of the U.S., the Caribbean, South and Central America, yet had consistently found themselves navigating back to the Dominican Republic, specifically, the East Coast of Punta Cana and Bavaro; areas known for their beautiful white sandy beaches, low crime, affordable real estate, and beautiful vacation rentals; with a friendly mix of people, living and vacationing here, who are from all over the world.  In mid-2008, Todd and Maria decided to make Punta Cana their primary home for assisting others in achieving successful Real Estate & Vacation Rental endeavors.

WHY Punta Cana?
When making a commitment to pursue the Sales of Real Estate and Property Management venues in the Dominican Republic, many of or friends and family said, “we were brave” … but, why not live on a Tropical Island offering so much beauty, affordability and opportunity?

For several years prior to selecting Punta Cana, Todd and Maria researched and compared various Caribbean and Central American markets (government, history, infrastructure, the people, real estate, weather, beaches, economic conditions, safety, etc…)  they even physically interviewed Brokers at brand agencies in Costa Rica, Puerto Rico (where Maria's mother is originally from), Mexico, and Panama, to name a few; then ultimately concluded Punta Cana was indeed the "Best Caribbean Haven."

Experience/ Credentials: With Maria's several years of Real Estate experience, her International Sales and Marketing background, combined with Todd's extensive experience in Operations and Property Management… they are excited about showing their clients how to make a better return on their investment(s).

The goal for Reliable Realty DR is NOT to be the BIGGEST, but instead, the BEST Real Estate and Vacation Rental Agency in Punta Cana; offering a complete line of services with an impressive team of professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and well-trained staff, who collectively speak English, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, and and a little French.  A Staff who understand the needs of our "primarily" North American clients (buyers, sellers, AND vacationers).

Our Niche Market are… "Active North American baby boomers and career professionals who have worked hard and saved well".  Many of our clients have traveled to various countries abroad.  They acclimate well to new cultures, and have discovered, firsthand, all the benefits of buying and renting property, specifically in Punta Cana. Retirement for these baby-boomers is right around the corner, often, just 4 - 9 years away. These smart investors decide to buy now, while properties are still affordable.  Most are buying well-constructed new and/ or resale properties on or near the beach... and several are eventually retiring here 5-7 months a year.

Many of our purchasing clients leverage their homes as vacation rentals in the interim before retirement, and are able to capitalize on decent ROI's now, yet enjoy these properties whenever they want.  Hence, Reliable Realty offers the best full- service Property Management/ Vacation Rental booking services in the area, handling all aspects of ownership, on our owner client's behalf.  In all cases, rental income, achieved through the assistance of Reliable Property Management, has proven to meet, or, in most cases, EXCEED the cost of ownership... all while Punta Cana Real Estate continues to appreciate in value.

We assist in every aspect of this type of purchase including direct-owner-financing, all the required legal / attorney services, PROJECT MANAGEMENT services, needed as the eyes, and feet for our owners who purchased, either new construction or a resale, but do not live here here.  All services provided... inspections, Settng up accts. for utilities, progress photos, remodeling/ renovations, repairs, furnishings, decor, home accessorizing; WHEN COMPLETED... the property can easily be Property Managed for short-term vacation rental bookings.
